Newlife Contracts (Flooring) Ltd have over 20 years experience trading as a contract flooring company, we specialise in large business and local authority flooring solutions. We usually deal with Hospitals, medical centers, schools, offices, retail outlets, Restaurants, Public Houses and large commercial properties. However, we have recently found an increasing demand in high quality flooring from

the retail market on a supply only basis. There are a lot more people wanting to purchase the finest of floor coverings for their homes, floor coverings that will stand the test of time, Amtico, Karndean, Quick Step and Kaindl are just a few of the brands that we deal with on a regular basis. The high quality flooring that we provide for the private sector are usually out of reach for our homes due to the high costs involved. When we obtain a large contract we have to buy flooring in large quantities, usually direct from the manufacturer, we have built up strong partnerships with a number of the world's leading flooring product manufacturers. These close links along with our bulk purchasing power have lead to us negotiating some great deals, obviously the larger the quantities the cheaper we can get the flooring that is required. With this in mind we are now buying in double the amount that we need at a vastly reduced price. This is why we can bring some of the finest floor coverings on the market to you at a price you can afford, usually around 50% cheaper than the high street. ✨ INSTALLATION SHOWCASE ✨

We recently returned to a customer’s home to complete the stairs and landing, using a stunning Lewis Abbott Herringbone carpet — a project that required true craftsmanship from start to finish.

This was a bespoke installation, finished with a black decorative tape binding for a sharp, luxury look. Due to the complexity of the staircase and the posts running through the stairs, accuracy was absolutely critical.

The process included:
• Dry fitting and carefully cutting the carpets on site
• Removing the carpets to have the binding expertly applied
• Precision mitre cutting around the posts
• Returning for the final fit to achieve a flawless, professional finish

Every cut, angle, and join had to be perfect to ensure the pattern flowed correctly and the binding sat cleanly around each post — the end result speaks for itself.
