And just like that we have reached the end of ! ⭐

Our fantastic colleagues (a few of them pictured here) help deliver great customer service every day from our office and showroom. Answering the phones, booking in jobs, seeing customers for design appointments, ordering goods behind the scenes, supporting engineers through on site projects and so much more.

🔥⚒️ For our meet the team post this week we’ve got 4 key installation engineers- Charlie, Shay, Kyle and Sean.

While each have their own area of experience, they all have developed their careers with us through the apprenticeship scheme to fully qualified plumbing and gas safe engineers.

🌟Shay joined us in 2018 and works across large new build projects completing plumbing and heating systems, managing multiple bathroom installations while on site.
🌟 Sean has been with us for over 5 years and enjoys bathrooms and heating work, having gained valuable experience from senior engineer Jason.
🌟Charlie worked alongside Tom on larger projects as an apprentice, learning about about underfloor heating, heat pumps, boilers and first and second fix bathroom projects.
🌟 Kyle joined in 2018 straight from school and brings a broad range of skills to the team across plumbing and heating.

They joined as promising engineers at the beginning of their working lives and have now developed skills, becoming hugely conscientious team members committed to achieving a high level customer service.

Meet Gavin Daly, (on the far left) our project manager for bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. Gav has a unique understanding of our business having worked across several different areas. Joining Herts in 2001 working in warehouse, as delivery driver then moving into the showroom where is gained experience with products and projects before moving into the GM1 office in 2021.
As project manager Gavin is the link between customers, engineers, showroom team and contractors. For our partners having someone like Gavin overseeing everything provides an important point of contact and helps ensure everyone is working towards the same goal: Delivering a high quality finished project and a great customer experience.

Gavin also manages our team of 11 apprentices, from recruitment through their courses.
