Happy Halloween 🎃
I hope you and your kids enjoy eating loads of yummy things this weekend! 🍬 🍫

And just like that, we’re entering my favourite (and possibly most chaotic) time of year. 🎄🤍

I absolutely LOVE Christmas, and I’m so excited to share what I’ve been creating for Bob & Boo… but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t also feeling slightly overwhelmed by the never-ending to-do list, the products still to finish, and above all the images I need to capture (we all know they’re nemesis).

But of course my biggest challenge (& favourite bit above all else) is of course being mum to two little girls who are VERY excited for Christmas already. 😂

Running a small business at this time of year is equal parts magical and mildly terrifying. ✨

But I’m so grateful to be here, doing something I love, creating thoughtful gifts and keepsakes for your Christmases.

Just sat here, working away on my little business, with one big thing in mind… 🤍

Helping you gift thoughtfully, beautifully and with a little bit more meaning. 🎁

And this month, Bob and Boo turned FIVE! 🥹

Five years of ideas, creating, learning, doubting myself, trying again and dreaming about what this little business could become.

It’s been quite the journey, and whilst the business has evolved so much over the years, the heart behind it has always stayed the same. I want to create thoughtful, personal pieces that make people feel loved, help make life a little more organised, and turn the everyday into something special.

Now, as a mum of two little girls, I’m building Bob and Boo into something that I hope will give me more freedom, more time with them, and show them that women really can build something of their own. 🤍

So, if you’ve ever liked a post, shared my work, placed an order or recommended Bob and Boo to someone, thank you. You’re helping me turn a little dream into something real, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful.

The eye bags. 🫩

The lack of mental capacity to do anything. 🤦🏼‍♀️
The caffeine you’ve necked and snacks you’ve eaten as you try to grab a secret five minutes of peace. 🫠☕️

Two little people, no routine, approximately 847 snacks a day and the constant sound of “Muuuuum!”

Honestly, forget spooky season… half term with kids is the real horror story. 👻😂

I know I am super lucky & I do love them more than life itself (as per my last post but please tell me I’m not the only one who’s counting down to the return of the school run?! 👇🏼

Behind every little thing I make, there’s a much bigger reason.

Being their mum is, and always will be, my favourite thing in the world. The cuddles, the chaos, the little voices calling “Mummy” for the hundredth time… even on the days when I feel like I’m being pulled in a million different directions.

Bob & Boo is my little dream. Something I’m building with my own two hands, one stitch, one card and one idea at a time.

But it’s about so much more than making and selling things. It’s about creating a little more freedom for our family. Being there for more school runs, more cuddles, more ordinary Thursdays and more of the moments that I know will one day feel like the big ones.

And my girls? They inspire so much of what I create. The little memories I want to keep, the words I want to treasure, and the feeling of giving someone something truly meaningful.

I want them to grow up knowing that you can be a mum, love your family fiercely, and still chase a dream of your own.

So, if you’re supporting Bob & Boo, you’re supporting a little family dream, too. And that means more than you know.

☔️ It’s officially “don’t forget to take a towel to the park” weather! 😂🙌

You know it’s that time of year when the park equipment is soaking wet from the rain, but the kids are desperate to play! 🛝💦

So now, alongside the snacks, drinks and approximately 47 things you didn’t plan on taking… you’re packing a towel to dry the swings and slides before the kids can get on them. 🤣😂
