Would you like to be part of our team at Headland Carpets ?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for overseeing customer needs from entry into the shop / measuring / estimating to throughout completion of all work.

Liasing with suppliers and fitters to make flooring work as smooth as possible.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Build and maintain good customer relations.
- Work closely with customers / suppliers and fitters.
- Ability to oversee/ sort out any issues that may arise.
- Work well in a team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- We are seeking someone who is self driven and wants to thrive in a fast paced environment and want to grow with the business.
- Proven sales experience within the retail sector preferred but training can be provided for the right person.
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels.
- A proactive approach with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
- A full driving license.
