🎉 Happy New Year 🎉

Before the Amarula gets popped open later, we thought we’d jump on here to wish you all a very happy New Year.

This year brought challenges we never expected, including the loss of our dad and father-in-law. We were completely blown away by the messages and support we received, and we will never forget it. Thank you.

It was also the year we decided to close a chapter and take a small step back. While we are still here behind the scenes keeping Billies & Tong alive, we continue to hope the right person, people or family will come along to take it on and carry this strong brand into its next chapter.

To our Billies & Tong army, thank you for being with us every step of the way. Even though we may not have met many of you in person, we see your support and your comments and we are so grateful.

Here’s to 2026 and hoping it brings you all you hope for and more. 🥂

We’ve spent the past 11 years building something we're incredibly proud of and we’re now looking for the right person to carry it forward. This isn’t just a name – it’s a brand with roots, community, culture and real potential.

🇿🇼 Closing a Chapter 🇿🇼

After 11 amazing years, we’ve made the big decision to close the door on Billies & Tong. What started as a small idea grew rapidly into something far greater than we ever imagined. It helped us through so many chapters in our lives, including the uncertain days of lockdown, which in turn became an incredible boost for our brand.

We’ve met the most amazing people, taken part in incredible markets, won awards, built a loyal community and poured our hearts into every single order. It has been a journey of hard work, long hours, blood, sweat and tears and we wouldn’t change a thing. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you also goes to those who’ve helped us behind the scenes along the way. From those who stepped in to help with biltong boxes during our busiest times, to those who gave their time, effort and skills to help build the brand and set up the shop. Your support and dedication has meant the world to us.

We’re now finishing up the last of our biltong box orders and will continue selling our remaining stock of spices through our website while stock lasts.

As part of this chapter closing, we’re now offering the Billies & Tong brand, full branding pack, supplier contacts and website for sale.
