Decorating doesn’t just have to be painting… this porch has seen better days and was past the point of trying to use filler to make it look presentable, so replacing the timber was the only option. 👌

The final touches made to this property in Ditton, within 5 years this house has been decorated top to bottom twice, however this time there was the additional work of the exterior to do converting all wood to black and giving the property a much more modern feel… the interior now has much more flow and has truly turned this house into a home. An amazing project for amazing customers.

Exterior time again, up in Lincolnshire on behalf of my Dads firm Kev Forman Roofing Services I restored the fascia and soffit on this 1930s property, unfortunately I forgot to take photographs before the old metal guttering was removed, however you can see the beginnings of the new Guttering installation which will look great once all completed ✔️
