Centiel UK Ltd has appointed Bloc Commercial Interiors to deliver the full design and Cat B fit-out of its new facility at Unit 6, Bartley Junction, Hook.

The project will transform an empty industrial space into a high-performing workplace, engineered to support Centiel's technical teams and long-term expansion.

Thank you to the team at Centiel UK for trusting Bloc to bring this workspace to life.

Project launch: SEGRO's new London workspace.

We're delighted to unveil one of our latest completed projects, delivered in partnership with the team.

Set within Ribbon, the space has been thoughtfully designed to create an exceptional experience for employees and visitors alike, balancing collaboration, flexibility and brand identity throughout.

This was a truly special project for the Bloc team and we're looking forward to sharing much more over the coming weeks.

Out of the office and representing Bloc Interiors across two standout dates on the commercial property calendar last week: the Thames Valley Property Awards and the Microscope Ball.

From recognising regional design excellence at the TVPAs to supporting Muscular Dystrophy UK alongside industry peers, both evenings were a brilliant reminder of the strength of our sector.

Great conversations, valuable reconnections with partners, and congratulations to all this year’s finalists and winners.

Now back on site delivering intelligent workplace fit-outs across the Thames Valley.

CAT A+ isn't just about making a space look nice. It's about getting it let.

The brief comes from the landlord, not the future tenant, so the job is different: appeal to a broad market, perform well in viewings, and leave enough blank canvas for whoever moves in to make it their own.

That means knowing the local market inside out, sticking to the programme, and delivering without surprises. Speed to market matters as much as the finish.

Aquis House in Reading is a good example of getting that balance right.

Industrial fit-outs demand absolute precision. For Koryon Motorsport, Bloc Commercial Interiors delivered a 10,450 sq ft race preparation workshop and premium client office against a strict, immovable deadline.

This complex CAT B project required full mechanical coordination, compressed air infrastructure, and shadow-free LED illumination; all flawlessly integrated behind a frameless glazed viewing screen.
