What do we know about Local Crafters?
They are usually hobbyists or small businesses.
Why do they not get seen?
They can’t afford the table fees at big events. The larger events are often aimed at businesses and more established crafters from outside the area.
This does not mean that the products of local crafters are less worthy but often that they are starting out and are testing the market.
So, please support local crafters and help them get seen. A positive comment to a small business or crafter means so much and inspires them to carry on.
