Sorry to throw a spanner in the works 🔧
Please please please can we stress that all our work is handmade to order, we work as fast as we physically can but we are human beings creating flower arrangements.
If you are placing an order and have a funeral date or anniversary to meet, please provide it to us with your order, please do not assume that ‘estimated delivery in 3 working days’ means it will be there on time.
Our workload can vary, stock can be delayed, couriers can be delayed, there are a lot of factors at play when getting flowers across the country to you all.
We love our customers dearly and most of you are so helpful and understanding but of late, this level of expectation and sometimes rude comments on ‘policy’ and ‘my rights’ being thrown around are really unacceptable.
To the customer who made our customer service advisor cry yesteday and claimed ‘that’s her issue’ I have to stress to you, it’s definitely a ‘you issue’ and we are done with tolerating it 💙
Thanks, sorry for the rant but sometimes us small businesses just keep quiet and take it all in our stride but sometimes we can just say enough is enough 💙
