For many, school starts back this week and I hope you’ve all had a great summer. I had the pleasure of these 3 lovelies come over to ours and, amongst all the shenanigans, I opened up the hut and they created seaglass art. We had such a fun morning and I was blown away with their creativity 💕

🧶3 Week Course at Tremains Crafts, Ferndown 🧶

Whether you are an absolute beginner or wanting to refresh and learn more about crochet this 3 week course is for you. Once you finish the course you will have all the necessary skills and confidence to go on and create amazing items and gifts. £75 per person, per 3 week course. Don't miss out on booking your place. Only 4 spaces available on each course.

Week 1 is for complete beginners or those looking to refresh. I will teach you the techniques of to how to crochet a beautiful granny square. We will go through the Granny Square pattern which you will go away with to practice reading and creating your squares in preparation for Week 2. You will leave Week 1 with your completed Square

Week 2 I will be teaching you how to tie in ends as you work and how to change colour to add effect and personalise your work. I will also teach you the join as you go technique in this session. At home you can continue your work in preparation of week 3

Week 3 I will refresh the basics of the granny square from weeks 1 and 2 and we will complete the course with edging techniques and finishing. There will be tea & cake too!

Yayyyyyyyy, an actual Granny Square Day 😅

Lots of you ask about the crochet bags so here's the links to the pages on Vinted and eBay.

As all our resources are donated all money goes to support The Emily Collins School in Uganda

The bag listed is handmade by myself from a vintage 1970's pattern and is fully lined by Debs with vintage 80's fabric with long, strong rainbow shoulder straps & fastens with 2 poppers.
