We are not equal. Thank God for that.
Today, I'm putting myself out there in a way that feels uncomfortable. Because I'm more than a job title. I'm a person discovering who I am by doing things I convinced myself I couldn't do.
For years, I've hidden behind the craft. The joinery. The mastery. And while that's real, it's only part of the story.
The Beautiful Chaos – my new book – is about cognitive diversity, about why we suppress the parts of ourselves that don't fit the mould, and what becomes possible when we stop.
It's about recognising that the child who can't sit still, the person who asks uncomfortable questions, the one labelled obsessive – they're not broken. They're beautifully, imperfectly human.
That's me too.
I'm a craftsman, yes. But I'm also a systems thinker, a questioner, someone learning to be brave enough to be fully myself – not just the version that fits neatly into a job description.
We're all more than our titles. We're all imperfectly beautiful humans with passions and lives to live beyond work.
The Beautiful Chaos is now live on Amazon. It's my invitation to you to stop hiding too.
