I arrived at this lovely home I staged before Christmas and as I walked in all I wanted to do was kick back and relax, it felt so warm and welcoming! 💖 Unfortunately, I had to pack everything up and empty it ready for the new owners as it sold within 10 days of being staged...I guess the new owners had the same response as me when they viewed it 😁 so for anyone who asks why people bother staging a property for sale, that's exactly the reason why....you don't get that feeling in an empty home no matter how well it is refurbished! 😁😍🏡

So happy for my clients who have just exchanged contracts on this lovely home which was struggling to sell due to being empty. It sold STC very soon after being staged by my team, proving a home is far more appealing to potential buyers than an empty house. What a great start to 2020 for my clients! 😁🎉🏠

The wonders a splash of paint, upcycled furniture and some new bedding can do 😍 just needs a nice big print above the bed, or maybe a picture shelf. 🤔 ❤️
