A gorgeous new addition to our treasure trove…A superb example of a Victorian sandalwood games box darling back to c.1860.
The box features beautiful tulipwood inlay with a mother of pearl key escutcheon complete with a working lock and key.
Superb quality and condition measuring 19.5 x 13 and stands 7cm high .

A charming example of a Victorian bronze sculpture of a joyful male musician seated on a tree stump, playing a Hurdy Gurdy, with a small dog nestled at his feet. Cloaked and hatted, his expressive face and relaxed posture present a moment of cheerful performance, beautifully captured in bronze. The craftsmanship is exceptional, with intricate detailing throughout from the folds of his cloak to the delicate features of the dog. The piece is mounted on a wooden plinth and remains in excellent condition.
The Hurdy Gurdy, a mechanical violin played by turning a handle while pressing keys.
Super quality and condition measuring 24 x 16.5 and stands 39cm high.

Beautiful new addition to the collection….A superb example of a Victorian eight sided jewellery/ sewing box dating back to c.1860.
The box is made up of beautiful woods such as burr amboyna, flame mahogany and padook. Featuring a mother of pearl key escutcheon and a working lock and key.
Open the box to reveal a sewing tray to the interior with several lidded compartments and space underneath. We have relined the back of the inside lid with handcrafted marble paper.
Superb quality and condition measuring 28.5 x 15 and stands 14.5 cm high.

Gorgeous new box in….A beautiful example of a Victorian rosewood jewellery box dating back to c.1860.
The box features stunning mo m mother of pearl and abalone escutcheon s to the top and front unfortunately the key is just for show and doesn’t work the lock. We have professionally relined the interior with handcrafted marble paper. The box features a side drawer that runs the length of the box and working using a locking pin.
Superb quality and condition measuring 31 x 23 and stands 17cm high.

The box features beautiful decorative inlaid Tunbridge Ware bands with wonderful colours and detail running down the top and front. The box features a inlaid shield brass top and key escutcheon complete with a working lock and key.
