It's FAT THURSDAY! Yay! Doughnut Day 🍩 🍩 🍩

Fat Thursday in Poland, or Tłusty Czwartek, is a day of feasting before Lent. It's celebrated on the Thursday before Ash Wednesday

Some believe that you will have bad luck for the rest of the year if you don't eat at least one pączek on Fat Thursday 🙄

I heard somewhere, that in order to put on 1kg you'd need to eat 23 doughnuts.. so the advice is to eat 22 🤣

Traditionally filled with rose-flavored jam, but can also be filled with chocolate, raspberry jam, or custard or a trendy pistachio cream 😋

Great Mediterranean savoury breakfast, can also be served for lunch or dinner. Delicious and comforting.

What is Çılbır?

Who doesn't like Swidish Meatballs with gravy?
Especially if made in 30 minutes 💪

After I fried the Meatballs I added the gravy (madevin Thermomix) into the pan. Then I made Mashed potato to serve it with white the Meatballs were swimming in gravy

Sticky chicken with steamed rice and broccolini

Restaurant quality meal 👌 Delicious

Chicken marinated overnight and finished in an air fryer instead of the oven.
I used penut butter 🥜 instead of almond butter because that's what I had in the cupboard.
