I thought I’d share with you the beautiful sunset i enjoyed tonight …the last night of our holiday in wales ….plus a few pics ….

A much needed holiday with the family ..( plus the older pink one 🤭🤭🤭..aka …mum 🤭🤭) and her dog Eddie ….we’ve been up Snowdon , hiked beautiful walks ,20,000 - nearly 30,000 steps ….goofed about, visited the amazing castle in Caernarfon,enjoyed the stunning views and ate chocolate 🤭🤭…

Yesterday saw the last of my wedding set ups this year .. and what a way to leave the wedding season 🥰🥰🥰

A first visit to Worstead Estate Worstead Weddings

A truly stunning venue ..

My lovely bride contacted me about a year ago to see if I was available to create her wedding florals ….

I provided fresh bouquets , buttonholes , ( my colour palette inspiration was pinks , peaches and ivories with greenery added )

Then silk to hire floral urns with plinths , top table arrangement , floral meadow for welcome sign , then 11 floral footed bowls that were used around the aisle area , then moved to table centrepieces … ( in fact all florals were repurposed to the wedding breakfast area ) an absolute must I think , saving costs , and so environmentally friendly to 🫶🏻…as the silks are used time and time again …

All photos are mine .. I can’t wait to see the photographers 💞💞💞

Holly messaged me two years ago after seeing an arch I did at The Old Nene Golf and Country Club…..

She booked me for her wedding there …the arch first ..then bouquets buttonholes etc …then after seeing my styling at a wedding show there she also booked me for the whole wedding ..

After a few discussions …we agreed not to have an arch …( they were getting married in a church , not at the venue ) ..Sometimes what you want may not always be the best way to utilise your budget …I pointed out that several pieces instead of just one ( when your walking in ) may be more beneficial for photos , for decor , and they can be moved around for use in the evening …my point here is it’s really important to take advice from your suppliers , they have done this quite a few times and really want you to have the best day 🥰🥰🥰..

Whilst setting up , I dropped a centrepiece ( smashed the base ) ..so after a heart stopping second ..Lisa and I got to work with super glue and a strategically placed drape ..( thankyou my lovely ) ..no one was non the wiser ( as Holly insisted I didn’t charge home to get another one ) 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻…

I can’t wait to see the photographers photos as mine never do my work justice ….
