​Working on a period property is always a challenge, but the results are worth it! This complete bathroom transformation required expert engineering before we even touched the tiles.
​What went into this project?
✅ Structural Integrity: Full joist sistering and 22mm P5 boarding to ensure a rock-solid foundation for the marble.
✅ Smart Comfort: Premium Warmup underfloor heating system with a high-end Wi-Fi smart thermostat.
✅ Master Craftsmanship: Precision-cut marble herringbone flooring and bespoke wall panelling.
