We are a leading supplier of interior design services to the letting and estate agency market in Oxfordshire – providing stylish show homes, well-appointed furnished lets, and refurbishment services. The team has built on our years of experience in the residential market and established themselves as designers that continue to deliver stylish solutions, with a practical touch, at an affordable price. In recent years JT Interiors has expanded further into the Commercial sector providing design solutions & project management services for boutique hotels, colleges, bars & work spaces in and around Oxfordshire. Clients involve us at every stage of their project. From working with architect’s drawings on new builds, to helping clients that need help refreshing the family home. The family living room has a difficult job.

It needs to look beautiful…

…but also survive movie nights, muddy paws, toys, teenagers, Sunday afternoons and the occasional abandoned cup of tea.

Our approach?

Don't design a room around how you wish your family lived.

Design it around how they actually live.

Comfortable seating.
Beautiful but practical fabrics.
Clever storage.
Layered lighting.
Places to put things down.

The result should feel considered, but never so precious that you don't want to use it.

Because a beautiful living room is wonderful.

A beautiful living room that everyone naturally gravitates towards?

That's the goal.

Hannah recently had a lovely morning at Daylesford for their 'Designing the Heart of the Home' panel led discussion. A conversation exploring how the spaces we live in can shape our everyday lives.

What stayed with me was the idea that a kitchen is about so much more than cooking. It’s the place where people naturally come together to share a meal, linger over a coffee, have a conversation, or simply be in each other’s company.

The beautiful spaces at Daylesford brought that idea to life: warm natural materials, generous tables, layered textures, beautiful lighting and a sense of informality that makes you want to sit down and stay awhile.

A reminder that the best kitchens aren’t necessarily the most show-stopping ones, they’re the ones designed around how we actually live, gather and connect.

A little look back at our One Room Reset workshop…

What a wonderful evening we had at Relics of Witney!

It was such a pleasure to see everyone getting stuck in, exploring their personal style and learning how to bring all those ideas together into a considered scheme for their own homes.

There was so much creativity in the room. From colour and texture to fabrics, finishes, furniture and those all-important finishing touches. Everyone developed such thoughtful and individual schemes, and we can’t wait to see how they bring them to life in their own spaces.

The feedback from the event was fantastic, and seeing how engaged and excited everyone was to learn made the whole experience so rewarding.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Relics of Witney for hosting us in their inspiring showroom and creating such a beautiful setting for the day.

We’re already looking forward to the next one…

The kitchen is often called the heart of the home.

But what makes a kitchen truly work isn't simply beautiful cabinetry or a beautiful piece of stone.

It's understanding how your family actually lives.

Where do you make coffee?
Where do the children sit?
Where do shopping bags land?
Do two people cook together?
Does the kitchen open onto the garden?
Does the island become a desk at 4pm?

These everyday details should shape the design long before you choose a colour palette.

Because the most successful kitchen isn't necessarily the one that looks the most impressive.

It's the one that makes everyday life feel a little easier.

From the first deliveries arriving on site to the installation of bespoke pieces, layered wallcoverings, considered colour palettes and soft furnishings, there’s something rather special about watching a home take shape.

We’re only part way through, with window treatments, finishing touches and final styling still to come…
