DOUBLE CHICKEN BURGER 🔥🍔
Chicken burgers don’t always need to start with a chicken breast…
For this one I went with chicken mince, mixed with egg and breadcrumbs to bind it all together, then hit it with red seasoning 🔥
Formed into patties, cooked on the until golden and juicy, then doubled up because one patty clearly wasn’t enough 😂
🥬 Fresh salad
🍔 TWO chicken patties
🔥 Flavour Forge seasoning
🍟 Crispy wedges on the side
Simple ingredients, BIG flavour and a seriously good chicken burger.

Crispy skin, juicy chicken and packed with flavour. 🔥

These chicken quarters were scored using my Norvic Knives | Hand-Finished Chef Knives knife, coated in The Flavour Forge Red seasoning, and cooked over the Kamado until perfectly cooked with beautifully crispy skin.

Served with mixed wild rice and a fresh side salad, it’s one of those simple meals that delivers every single time and perfect for the warmer weather.

Sometimes the best BBQ isn’t about expensive cuts… it’s about cooking simple food really well.
