I’m a bit obsessed with the garden, and probably will be until October.

The obsession with knowing every inch of it, what’s planted, what’s to come, what needs a helping hand, the surprises that pop up! (The beautiful red poppy appeared overnight! 🤩🙏). Got 3 resident frogs, and a solitary newt in the pond, and they all seem very happy. Gutted to have missed the fearsome-looking dragonfly larva I’ve had my eye for the last two years transform and fly away…saw the empty shell clinging to a reed in the pond yesterday! I had looked literally everyday in the hope of seeing it emerge and I missed the bu**er! Still - I love that the pond has become such a haven for wildlife in such a short time.

Veggies and produce are coming along nicely too. And haven’t brought a bag of salad for over a month now…and home grown is way tastier believe me and we’re eating more than ever. The veg bed itself and actually loads of you on here I follow are teaching me so much about growing our own food. It’s incredibly liberating and rewarding.
The rose climbing frame I made is now completely full of bees who have nested in the hollow section of the frame. It’s amazing how nature just crowbars its way into every corner if you let it 😜🙌🙏🤩

Enjoy this beautiful Bank Hokiday Weekend 😉🙏😘

This little creation was a bespoke commission I delivered yesterday. The hand-engraved numbers have a great significance to the intended recipient and I’m reliably assured that they will absolutely love it.

I love that this has become a deeply personal piece in this way. To everyone else it is a piece of abstract sculpture (hopefully 😜). To the donor and the recipient it is also that, but one that is encrypted in a way only they can understand. I love that a piece can connect people in this way 🙌🙏

Mondrian-inspired bed head project.
London
2026
Powder-coated black steel, with hanging cushion pad.

I’m about to get started on the production of this wall-mounted bed head design for a client in London.

To be trusted to design something unique to compliment an already beautifully curated and designed interior is a real honour. has worked magic in this incredible living space, and will also create the cushion element of this project. I do love a collab, especially with someone with such expertise and experience because one always learns from it 🙏

I look forward to posting about this project as it progresses along its various stages 😉

If you prefer something a little different or unique but always struggle to find it, we should talk about letting me provide a bespoke solution for you.

This is a piece of my brutalist sculpture work called “They see everything” (Mild steel and oak.
28”x12”x7”)

It’s been an evolution of sorts…

The first part of this under the base was completed back in 2019 when I first started experimenting with and selling these small scale sculptures. This one never felt finished so I kept it behind along with a few others which I still liked to see around the place.

Five years later in 2024 I finally got round to adding the elements I always thought it needed.
It became one of my favourite creations. A new larger oak base too.

For me it echoes a lot of my influences, particularly Barbara Hepworth and Harry Bertoia. To play with the balance of space and minimal detail is always something I find fascinating - I’m reminded of that scene in Absolutely Fabulous where Patsy and Eddie visit Max and Bettiner’s new white minimalist room and don’t know where to put the bottle of wine. I tend to be a bit Bettiner in this process 😜🤣

It was sold yesterday to a lovely gentlemen who is incredibly excited to have bought it. It gives you a little glimmer when someone really sees and appreciates what you have created, and values it so much they want it for their personal space. That is such a compliment 🙏☺️ One very happy artist and it seems one very happy client 😃☺️🙏

Modernist Wall Planter.
Mild steel, stainless steel mesh.
130cm x 110cm

I have these ideas and I draw them out and they always end up being a little different to the original imagining. But that’s ok! The experimentation is all part of the process and indeed a joyous one 😜 and I can always just make another variation 🙌

With this planter, I’ve upcycled the empty compost bag to line the baskets. It will last for years instead of going into land-fill. Another advantage is that trailing plants can be inserted any of the squares in the mesh, to give a display that really turns heads.

If you like this and think it’d look better in your garden, drop me a message 😉

I love our garden, and as you know I love making stuff. A project like this brings these two passions of mine together to create something a little different 😉

This Bauhaus-inspired hanging wall garden would work inside as well as outside. And the design….it can be made bespoke to fit your space perfectly whether it’s a ‘meh’ corner of your outside space, or any big wall inside. I suppose it’s like a living piece of art…

At 1.5m max width - this one will definitely bring some modernist chic as it provides a most fitting stage for your beautiful fauna and flora to really dazzle! It makes a real statement ⚡️

Fully galvanised with powered-coated option too.

Drop me a message to discuss your own piece 😉

That look that says “Dad - I’m helping you today whether you like it or not!” 🤣❤️

All weeded, planted with new flora ready for the upcoming season. Last year was impressive, but this year will be a true riot of colour - like a psychedelic rave for the pollinators! 🤪🙌

The seedlings are coming on beautifully in the cold frame too and will be added as soon as frost is no threat. Got echinacea, cornflowers, cosmos, dahlias all propagating nicely! Never grow from seed before but loving the process. And I haven’t event mentioned the carrots, leeks and other veg…that’s for another time!

I always plan for a limited colour scheme but then just can’t help myself 🤣 IS FLOWER FOMO a thing for you too?

Put the lights up so it can be enjoyed at night as well!

Off to get steel 😜🙌 which means I am MAKING! 🤪

Hello folks! Been a while again since I’ve been on here! Hope everyone is well 😉🙏 Still been busy with family stuff and other project’s behind the scenes.

This grand hearth fender was designed and handmade to measure using old iron railings once situated in this Shropshire country estate over a hundred years ago!
Using a mixture of new and this very old steel to create the piece, ageing processes needed to be applied to the new steel to create harmony in the piece.
Im@pleased to say was overjoyed with the result. Their idea to repurpose an old tapestry rug to create the pads was sheer genius on their part.

For your own bespoke creation - whether it be a heritage-themed project or a bold modernist statement, let me create a unique and meaningful solution for you.
