Say “Hello” to Miss Poppy! Julie has made this lovely wall hanging from a kit including pattern. Using Heat and Seal for the appliqué and several different feet, including 1/4” seam foot and walking foot for the quilting. Using a variety of embroidery stitches (blanket stitch) with embroidery threads it has been intricate work. A border and edging put the finishing touches to this fabulous piece of work. Two beautiful satin, full length petticoats with super heavy lace attached on both top and hemline of the garments.
Sonia has lovingly made to measure, these for her own grown up daughter. Very pretty! Good work Sonia. 👏🏼😎🧵🪡✂️🩷

Sonia’s beautiful cotton dress, has short sleeves, collar and a fitted waistband. Most attractive are the 21 gorgeous buttons, making a fabulous button through dress for her eldest daughter,
21 button neatly sewn on means there have been 21 automatic one step buttonholes to made. Super work Sonia, your dress looks amazing. Brilliant cotton floral fabric, nice and fresh spring like design!!✂️🧵🪡🩷

Introducing Eshn one of our young creative students with a flare for fashion. His bolero jacket is gorgeous, made from a satin finished drill, with contrast accurately pleated edging is a real statement piece, with added decorative embroidery stitches around the cuffs.
Preparation is the key with his work, and with more creative ideas for future projects and garments it is exciting to see what will be next. Excellent work Eshn, well done!! 🪡🧵✂️🪡🧵✂️

Debbie’s beautiful Christmas Table Runner is stunning! Incorporating some gorgeous William Morris fabrics, outlined quilting on each tree plus free motion quilting on each extra decoration. Backing and border edging contributes to the overall fabulous finish which is finished with a fine zig-zag stitch. Amazing work Debbie.
