Happiness is a piece of cake!

17/09/2026

A few months late to share this, but here we go 🙈

🎂✨ 70 years through time and space! ✨🚀
A special birthday cake for a very special Doctor Who fan turning 70! 💙
This one was FULL CHOCOLATE 🍫 — because apparently you can travel through time and space without giving up chocolate! 😄

A little bit of time travel, a little bit of magic, and a LOT of chocolate. 💙

I’ve made quite a few cakes lately, but I guess life got in the way, so I forgot to share all these beauties 😍
So… I’ll start with a nice girly one... this pretty pink-and-red “thirty four” cake I made a while ago 🎀💗Layers of sweetness, swirls of frosting, and a whole lot of love.
More cakes coming because apparently I’ve been baking for some time without posting any of it 😅🍰

Celebrating brilliant Eva turning 12 — a girl who’s top of her classes and who keeps raising the bar 🎉📚
She shines in every subject, always curious, always pushing herself, and this moment deserved a cake as bright and brilliant as she is.
A funfetti dream layered with caramel, chocolate, and white‑chocolate cream, designed to honour her love for learning and the incredible young person she’s becoming.
Brains, kindness, and a sweet tooth — she’s got it all.
Here’s to many more chapters filled with success, joy, and sweet victories. 📚💫

💋💍 22 years since the day we met...and I'm still circling the date like it’s a national holiday! 🙃
This cake? A full-on throwback to November 28th — the day a random meeting turned into our forever plot twist.
Red hearts, polka dots, and a whole lot of “look at us now.”
Here’s to 22 years of laughter, magic, and choosing each other long before we ever said anything official❤️

💙 One month late but worth the wait! 💙🤪

For my eldest’s 15th (way back in October) she asked for navy blue, drama, and dessert worthy of a K-drama finale—and I delivered 🫡 Surrounded by film strips and a whole lot of love. 🎬
This Dubai Chocolate cake was inspired by her obsession with Weak Hero Class and layered with all her favourites:
🍫 Chocolate mousse with fresh raspberries
💚 Pistachio ganache
🧵 Kataif crunch
🍫 Brownie style chocolate sponge

She wanted bold, moody, and cinematic—and I think I nailed it.

🚧🛠️ Construction Zone Cake Alert! 🛠️🚧
Vanilla sponge layers, moist and golden, stacked with blueberry cream and jam 💙🫐 all dressed up in toy trucks for ZACH’s big 3rd birthday bash!
Yes, the name was briefly misspelt in the pics (oops🙈)—but don’t worry, it was fixed before delivery. Even construction sites have signage hiccups, right? 😅

This beauty isn’t just a feast for the eyes, it’s a layered dream of moist chocolate sponge, velvety chocolate mousse, mascarpone cream, and a tangy-sweet duo of forest fruit compote and forest fruit cream. Crowned with blueberries, blackberries, golden accents, and a bold brushstroke design, it’s a celebration in every bite.
