Shipping

You should allow a maximum of 2-3 weeks from your order date to receive your personalised order. If an order is required by a specific date this should be communicated either at the time of ordering or via email . I can not guarantee the date that any item will arrive if ordered at short notice. Orders will be sent by either Royal Mail or courier, the size of the order will denote which method is used. Refunds and Exchanges
