The difficult decision was made last year for my Nan to go into residential care and ultimately that meant she’s had to sell and say goodbye to her lovely little house.

She loved her home and her garden, so I wanted her to have a little piece of it with her always❤️

Memories don’t always come from the big milestones. Sometimes they come from being waved off to school by your Nan as she stands by the pink roses at her front gate.
