This room deserves two posts!!

With a very hot week to contend with I removed the rest of the old paper, line all the walls, colour drench and then hang this banana leaf paper.
My client removed the old wardrobe and boarded it out ready for her new home office cubby, which can then be curtained off.

Walls, ceiling & wood work all in Masquerade by Little Greene colour matched in Optiva 5 & Helmi.

Bespoke storage built by the brilliant for super photographer
Back again to this home studio to brig these shelves and cupboards to life.
Still problems with the chimney breast wall so another patch job until this can be resolved.
Note to self only except the right dark colour base for the primer otherwise you’re looking at 5 coats with this kind of shade.
Flower Pot by Earthborn colour matched in Helmi 10 to blend in with the walls.

A hallway stairs and landing tidy up from a couple of weeks ago.
There were a lot of cracks to sort out on the landing to the loft conversion and out came the trusty fine mesh tape and filler again.
The skirting down stairs went from brown to white and the spindles were painted. Downstairs the walls had an extra coat of their current colour to finish everything off.
Walls ~ Lunar Falls light and space
Woodwork ~ BIN then semi gloss

A lovely colourful makeover for this much used living room.
The brief was to make it more cosy and welcoming. Bringing the beautiful colour down from the picture rail to skirtings has brought the space together, whilst above, tonal white softens the space. Finally the cool radiator gets to pop.
Above picture rail ~ Fennel white
Below ~ Rosemary leaf DH mixed in Optiva 5 & Helmi 10. The sill has had a couple of coats of Matt to protect from 🐾
