And breathe.....what are you going to do with all of your free time now!!!! Only kidding of course, life goes on as we set off on a new school year.Very busy Bank Holiday with old customers and new!! Now that the children are back in school why not treat yourself to a good old mooch in our cool, spacious Emporium. Lots to see and ponder. When on desk duty it gives us the opportunity of interacting with our lovely customers. 🧏‍♀️👨‍🌾👩‍⚖️🙅‍♀️

The Emporium opened around 20 years ago and we still get customers who live in Wrexham who 'didn't know this was here' !!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Some customers enjoy their visit and say 'its like a trip down Memory Lane. Their visit makes them nostalgic as it provokes memories of happy times.🛴⏰️🛎🍩🫖☕️

Some come in looking to replace a recently broken treasure. Covered glass butter dishes being a favourite. 😍 🧈🧈🧈

Its always a joy to especially welcome our younger customers as it means they're developing an interest in something other than their mobile phone or social media.

Doing desk duty is never boring and we do have the most wonderful customers. Some have become much treasured regulars in the 20 years or so that we have been open but the most delightful thing is when we have first time visitirs who never knew we were there but only live 10 minutes away!!

We're very sorry to share with all of customers far and near that due to old age and health related problems our lovely Molly has crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈🌉 Molly was our resident 'celebrity' as she appeared on every📺 programme that was filmed 🎥at BYG for the past few years.
She was so very popular with customers asking for her whereabouts and health, including bringing some treats in for her.
Some customers would visit us just to see Molly.🐈 She made herself at home a good few years ago and so we never knew exactly how old she was apart from to say she was a 'good old age'. Placid, friendly and very very popular she could have had a page of her own.
All of us at Bryn y Grog will miss her dreadfully as too will many of our customers.
