A brass floor lamp by Valdemar dos Santos, with acorn finial. The lamp holds three bulbs and is wired with braided flex, and an inline switch. Signed to base. Comes with dark blue, pleated silk shade.
Valdemar dos Santos is a celebrated Portuguese artisan and lighting designer. Throughout the 20th, and into the 21st century, his pieces were produced by Jamaze LDA, a distinguished Portuguese manufacturing company. His designs are highly sought after.

Beautiful French 1960s/70s vintage brass and green marble (or granite?) coffee table.
In great condition with no chips to top. The brass has wonderful, age-related patination and has not been over-polished.

Fabulous, large, 1930s opaline globe ceiling lamp by a collaboration between Morco and Hailware, both quality Yorkshire-based lighting companies specialising in hand blown opaline glass shades with brass fittings, largely for industrial and ecclesiastical buildings.
This is a large example, with a circumference of 95cm and a chain length of approximately 45cm. It has braided flex and is wired and working but not PAT tested (this would be buyer’s responsibility). I have multiple available.
