The company was born from the passion of the current owners’ grandfather, going as far back as the first postwar period. The latter began by trading in local vegetables, especially olives, and he later added a variety of other products. On the death of the grandfather, the company was managed by the two sons, Antonio and Romano, who proceeded the business with the same commitment and passion of th
eir father. Today the three grandsons, Alessandro, Francesco and Valerio, Romano sons, continue the management with the same devotion and commitment. Production and trade are skillfully extended and introduced to the market with a new brand. Masiello Food is located in the heart of “Tavoliere delle Puglie”, one of the top food farming vocation areas. The new production facility covers over thirteen thousand square meters, one thousand fully covered and two thousand in expansion, with 3 production lines and 23.000 Kg. of vegetables processed daily. The choice and processing of raw materials are the pride of our company, which treasures a full 25 years experience and a recent rebirth. New logistics services, pre and post sales management, as well as careful and targeted production planning, make our company a reference point in the range of European agri-foods . At the moment the company is in the process of ISO 9001 and BRC IFS quality certifications and it is involved in investing resources aimed at innovating and improving the production system.
