FUTURE HOUSE AWARDS 2023 CEREMONY
Last Friday, the 5th of December, we celebrated the second edition of the annual Awards program Future House Architecture Awards 2023, organized by Global Design News and The Chicago Athenaeum International Museum!

Being part of this extraordinary event as a member of the Jury has been trully rewarding, as I was introduced to the contemporary and future trends in the field of architecture and design. Great firms and professionals from all over the world participated in this award, with projects that was really demanding to evaluate and classify.

I would like to thank all participants for their incredible works and of course The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies for giving me this opportunity.

GOLD AWARD AT GLOBAL FUTURE DESIGN AWARDS 2023

We are thrilled to announce that our Project Chiesa Diruta Concert Hall & Municipal Library has earned the Gold Award at the annual Global Future Design Awards 2023 organised by Architecture Press Release Awards!

Chiesa Diruta is a proposal for the transformation of the ruined SS Luca e Giuliano Renaissance church with a unique elliptical dome located at Grottole, Italy into a vibrant Cultural Center. It consists of a Concert Hall and a Municipal Library crafted with gentle design gestures that create a unique landmark for the entire region. The core idea behind design is the creation of a “Temple” inside the original stone wall monument that floats 7 m above the ground floor level. This gesture frees the space of the main Temple floor, allowing people to visit the site and enjoy the breathtaking view over the Basento river valley.

We are proud to announce that our Bureau has earned the A' Design Award & Competition Silver Award & Competition for the project Chiesa Diruta Concert Hall & Municipal Center located in Grottole-Italy. This project is a proposal submitted at the Reuse Italy Organization.

The Chiesa Diruta of SS Luca e Giuliano is the ideal setting for the transformation of the void, ruined monument into a vibrant, Cultural Center that will serve as a landmark for the entire region. The serene, calm and peaceful village of Grottole enhances the Renaissance ambience of the site.

After its successful course through which the project has earned international awards, we are extremely honored for getting this special distinction. We would like to thank The Chicago Athenaeum International Museum for Architecture and Design, The European Centre Athens for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and of course the esteemed jury panel for recognizing our work in Architecture Planning & Design!!

ADC Awards 2022 Gold Winner

Right before the rise of 2023, we were announced Winners at Architecture Design Collection Awards (Architecture & Design Community Awards), The project at Ano Koufonisi Island entitled as Dwelling the Temple | A Complex dedicated to Classical Music has been decorated with the Gold Award, having excelled for its Architectural form and building program!

We are proud that this small future project has earned worldwide distinctions being showcased among the best contemporary architectural paradigms!

Our project Metamorphosis Yoga Shala in Portugal has been published at the ArchDaily Architecture platform after its course with its successful participation in numerous prestigious International Awards such as Architect of the Year Awards 2021, A’ Design Awards 2022, LIV Hospitality Design Awards 2021, Architecture MasterPrize Awards 2021, Paris DNA Design Awards 2021, BLT Built Design Awards 2021, S.ARCH Awards 2021, World Design Awards 2021. ARCHITECT OF THE YEAR AWARDS 2022

We feel thrilled 🙏 for having been announced 🏆 at the Architect of the Year Awards 2022 with our future project at Ano Koufonisi entitled Dwelling-the-Temple | A Complex dedicated to Classical Music.

This is the third consecutive year that we earn this prestigious award organized by The Architecture Community . We would like to thank the esteemed Jury Panel and the organization for having recognized and distinguished this special project among the best for the year 2022!

The project consists of an open-air theater that accomodates about 300 spectators and three small apartments that will host the musicians partcipating at the annual Koufonisia Classical Music Festival.
