I feel incredibly lucky for the life I’ve chosen and the experiences I get to create.
Through the flavors and traditions of Greek cuisine, I have the privilege of meeting wonderful people from all over the world, sharing stories, and creating unforgettable memories together.
Recently, I had the joy of welcoming two incredibly talented chefs who traveled all the way from the other side of the world for a culinary adventure in Greece. Their passion, creativity, and energy made this experience truly special.
A huge thank you to Aaron Turk's Seafood for making this possible—your support for your team and investment in their growth is truly inspiring. The best restaurants are built not just on great food, but on great people.
Together, we explored Athens' vibrant seafood scene, shared ideas, and crafted a feast of flavors, including:
🍋 Crawfish-Stuffed Cabbage Rolls – Tender cabbage leaves filled with fresh crawfish, slow-cooked in a rich lemon seafood sauce.
🍤 Shrimp Saganaki – Local Amvrakikos Gulf shrimp, simmered in a rich tomato sauce with feta.
🎣 Light & Airy Taramosalata – Made with delicate white tarama, whipped to perfection.
🧄 Skordalia – A bold and creamy garlic and olive oil dip.
🦪 Mussels Steamed in Tomato Sauce & Ouzo – A fragrant seafood dish infused with Greek flavors.
🍞 Rustic Bread – Baked fresh, perfect for dipping into our rich sauces.
This is the power of connection and cultural exchange—food brings us together in the most magical way. I’m so grateful for every experience, every smile, and every shared meal. 💙
