Each piece is composed of an amount of threads handknotted together dozens, hundred of times in order to give it the shape disposition wanted. Each piece of the MEDUSA jar and FEZ cushion collection, is handmade by me with lots of patience, passion and care in very limited numbers. All macrame details, tassels and fringes have been designed, measured, made and sewn on individually. I first started
experimenting with making macrame last year when I made a few jars and pillow covers for myself and friends. I love to design my new pillow and jars, and combine it with the right geometrical shape.
