καθορισμός των τιμών / οροι συνεργασίας / μέθοδοι χρέωσης:
🚨Χρέωση ανά Έργο (Project-Based):
Προσφέρουμε υπηρεσίες με ξεκάθαρο αρχικό και τελικό σημείο. Οι πελάτες μας πληρώνουν μια προκαθορισμενη τιμή για ολόκληρο το έργο (το συνολο της εργασίας μας), ανεξάρτητα από τις επιπλέων ώρες που μπορεί εν τέλει να αφιερώσουμε. Πάντα προκαθορίζουμε εγγράφως το ακριβές πεδίο εργασιών (scope of work)
📈Υπολογισμός Κόστους:
Γίνεται αφού αθροίσουμε 1) τις εργατοώρες για τον σχεδιασμό του έργου, 2) την ερευνα αγορας για τον εντοπισμό καλών τιμών και την διαθεσιμώτητα των υλικών / των πρώτων υλών, 3) την αγορά και μεταφορά των απαραίτητων υλικων απο τους προμηθευτές, 4) τις απαιτούμενες εργατοώρες για την εκτέλεση του έργου, 5) τα μεταφορικά, κτλ.
💶Τμηματικές Πληρωμές:
Για όλα τα έργα, ανεξαρτήτως μεγέθους, ζητάμε προκαταβολή 60%, που πάντα πρέπει να γίνεται πριν την έναρξη των εργασιών. Ακολούθως ζητάμε πληρωμές δύο οροσήμων (milestones) κατά την πρόοδο της δουλειάς. Πληρωμή του 20% με τη συμπλήρωση των μισών εργασιών και πληρωμή του εναπομείναντως 20% με την συμπλήρωση του έργου. Εναλλακτικά, μπορείτε να κάνετε δύο πληρωμές: προκαταβολή του 60% και το υπόλοιπο 40% με την ολοκλήρωση του μισου έργου.

Project-based billing:
We offer our services with clearly defined start and end dates. Our clients can expect to pay a fixed price for the entire project (the complete service), regardless of any additional hours that may accrue to complete the project. We will always provide you with the precise scope of the services or a detailed breakdown of the required work in writing.
📈Cost calculation:
This is determined by adding the following factors:
the time required for project planning,
market research to determine favourable prices and the availability of the required materials,
the purchase and transport of the required materials from suppliers to your location,
the time required to complete the project,
our costs including transport and other out-of-pocket expenses.
💶Instalment payments:
For all projects, regardless of their size, we require a 60% upfront payment, which is due before work begins. We then request two additional instalment payments during the course of the project: 20% on completion of the first half of the work and the remaining 20% on completion of the entire project.
Alternatively, you may make two payments: a 60% upfront payment and the remaining 40% at the halfway point through the project.

Wir bieten Dienstleistungen mit klar definiertem Start- und Endtermin an. Unsere Kunden zahlen einen Festpreis für das gesamte Projekt (die komplette Leistung), unabhängig von eventuell anfallenden Mehrstunden. Den genauen Leistungsumfang bzw. eine detaillierte Aufschlüsselung der erforderlichen Leistungen legen wir Ihnen stets schriftlich vor.
📈Kostenberechnung:
Diese erfolgt durch die Addition folgender Faktoren:
Zeitaufwand für die Projektplanung,
Marktforschung zur Ermittlung günstiger Preise und der Verfügbarkeit der erforderlichen Materialien,
Einkauf und Transport der erforderlichen Materialien von den Lieferanten zu Ihrem Standort,
Zeitaufwand für die Projektdurchführung,
unsere Kosten einschließlich Transport und sonstiger Auslagen.
Ratenzahlung:
💶Für alle Projekte – unabhängig von deren Umfang – verlangen wir eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 60 %, die vor Arbeitsbeginn fällig ist. Im weiteren Projektverlauf fordern wir zwei zusätzliche Ratenzahlungen an: 20 % nach Abschluss der ersten Arbeitshälfte und die verbleibenden 20 % nach Fertigstellung des gesamten Projekts.
Alternativ können Sie die Zahlung in zwei Raten vornehmen: eine Anzahlung von 60 % und die restlichen 40 % zur Hälfte der Projektlaufzeit.
