Application of micro-pebble coverings on the 1.800 square meters surrounding area of “The Element” building in Marousi, Attica, by using the cement-based hydraulic binder NOVACEM® CREATIVE in combination with the quartz granulates PLANOCOLOR® GRANULATES MQ.

This specific floor that was chosen and applied in “The Element” building functions as a cool coating with a high TSR index (Total Solar Reflectance) thus helping to address the urban heat island phenomenon and contributing to the building receiving the international LEED for CORE AND SHELL certification in the PLATINUM category.
