New Mediterranean is a design style which is associated with a relaxed & comfortable lifestyle. It embraces minimalism through the use of airy natural colours & natural textiles/materials such as linen, wood, stone, woven items & handmade ceramics.

You can replicate this design style by embracing these key elements:

Organic & sculptural shapes:
Organic and sculptural shapes within interior design & architecture remind us of simpler times. They represent the perfect imperfect & can be introduced in means such as ceramics, bowls, baskets and vases which have been handcrafted.

Earthy colour palette:
Mediterranean colours are warm & inviting. Stick to earthy neutrals such as white, beige, brown & sand with discrete pops of colour in hues such as terracotta, olive and gold.

Greenery:
Potted olive & lemon trees will never fail to bring the Mediterranean into your home.
