Urban Soul Project is looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Senior Technical Architect to join our team in Thessaloniki. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a dynamic and award-winning architectural studio, working across a wide range of big scale architectural and interior design projects.
We’re seeking a professional with strong design skills and solid knowledge of building materials, a deep understanding of all project stages, and the ability to confidently lead or support the design process — from concept to construction detailing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

📌Lead or contribute to architectural design projects at all stages but mostly to projects’ detail design and construction documentation.
📌Ability to communicate, guide and collaborate efficiently with teams across disciplines and support client presentations and meetings.
📌Oversee project documentation and ensure design quality and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

📌Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
📌Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
📌Proven design and technical skills demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
📌Fluency in AutoCAD, Archicad and BIM workflows is mandatory
📌Experience in overseeing constructions works, communicating with contractors and coordinating the work of different on-site specialists
📌Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
📌Client-facing experience and strong team collaboration skills.
📌Excellent Knowledge of New Building (NOK) and National Regulations

Urban Soul Project and are transforming an iconic 1966 industrial building in Thessaloniki into Deloitte’s new offices. The design exposes the building’s structure — high ceilings, mosaic flooring, and green-painted columns — while introducing flexible, open-plan workspaces.
Custom furniture, glass partitions, and acoustic treatments layer transparency and comfort onto the industrial shell, creating a contemporary workplace that balances identity, community, and well-being.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site supervision of architectural and interior design projects during construction. You will inspect the site works in accordance with the approved study, resolve day-to-day technical issues, and ensure that project quality and timelines are met. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential, as the role involves direct collaboration with design team, contractors, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
