A closer look at the geometry of contemporary living.

The architectural identity of Kardia House is expressed through precise lines, sculptural volumes, and carefully considered façade articulation. Recessed planes, linear vertical elements, and the deliberate contrast between crisp white and dark finishes introduce visual depth and rhythm to the exterior composition.

The dynamic interplay of light and shadow continuously accentuates the building’s geometries, while the surrounding olive grove provides a soft, organic counterpoint to its minimalist architectural language.

A former apartment in the heart of Athens, reimagined as a contemporary workspace.

A minimal design approach defines the Pandora Offices, transforming the existing interior into a semi-open working environment. The spatial arrangement brings together dedicated workstations, meeting areas and functional storage, establishing a balance between openness and the distinct requirements of each space.

The result is a refined corporate interior where simplicity and functionality define the workplace identity.

Extending the workplace beyond its walls.

The redesign of the AMADEUS S.A. Office Building incorporates an environmentally conscious approach across its entire spatial hierarchy.

A vertical green wall introduces a living natural element into the interior, while the proposed atrium channels ambient daylight into the core of the existing building structure. On the top level, relocating mechanical installations to the lower terraces allows the rooftop to be reimagined as a new green public space.

A design approach where architecture, natural light and greenery come together to elevate the everyday workplace experience.

A new architectural identity for the AMADEUS S.A. Office Building in Marousi, Athens.

OFFICE25’s design approach explores the comprehensive transformation of an existing corporate structure, redefining both its exterior presence and internal spatial logic. The concept introduces a contemporary articulation of the primary façade, while extending a cohesive design language across the entrance foyer, active workspaces, circulation paths, and the green roof garden.

Beyond aesthetics, the proposal focuses on creating flexible and integrated spaces that move beyond the conventional workplace, shaping a distinct sense of place while responding to the principles of contemporary, environmentally conscious design.
