I was commissioned to make something out of this beautiful blue 💙 piece of sea glass. I decided it needed to be simple, whatever I did, and then finished it with a silver chain.

I have just finished another selection of sea glass necklaces. Some I have wrapped with wire.
You will see the blue one, well this is one of the first blue pieces of sea glass that I have found in over 4 years.
I have also added a picture of the last blue piece I found 4 years ago. ( Not done anything with this yet) and another picture of a couple more pieces of blue and you will need a magnifying glass to see the red piece, these I also found this year, on the same beach as the last one.

Another thing I enjoy doing is to join in going around the island cleaning the beaches of rubbish.
Also I get to collect more driftwood 😀.
Whilst on a beach clean I found this piece of wood, it has to be one of the best pieces I have found. It reminds me a bit like a dinosaur.
I thought this would make a good table lamp.

It's has been quite a while since I have posted anything.
I have been busy making things and collecting more driftwood, ( I think I have been collected more than making).
I decided a while ago to try something different and have a go at turning pieces of driftwood into lamps.
The tall lamp has been in the making for quite sometime now and because what I wanted to do did not work, I kept leaving it until I was satisfied with the end result 😊
