Regent on the Part #
When a home has generous space, the design becomes even more focused on the beauty of negative space.
A light-toned palette is used throughout, layered with warm greys, light timber finishes and soft ambient lighting. This preserves the openness and sense of air that a spacious home deserves. Rather than relying on excessive decoration, the sense of understated elegance is expressed through carefully considered materials, proportions and details.
Natural stone features are introduced at the entrance foyer and bathrooms, each with its own distinctive veining and character. From the stone accents at the foyer, to the feature stone walls and flooring in the bathroom, every application is deliberately balanced—adding richness and depth without creating an overly lavish or ostentatious atmosphere.
The overall design is created to feel natural, timeless and comfortable—allowing the home’s character to reveal itself gradually through everyday living.
