VISPRING, a luxury British bed maker founded in 1901, was the first bed maker to produce an interior sprung mattress using a system of individually pocketed springs that changed the way beds were made. The firm sources the finest natural materials and is expertly blended to fill and cover each bed, from Austrian Moosburger horsehair, cashmere, silk, to Mohair and luxurious Real Shetland wool. This

represents the six turns to each coil which has been their trademark. The coils are made with Vanadium Steel Wire, which acts to improve spring resilience properties and creates more consistent springing that is less likely to suffer height loss with use. Each Vispring bed is handmade in Devon to the highest quality by highly skilled craftsmen using time-honoured methods. Vispring is committed not only to produce the most luxurious bed but also determined to produce a bed that is unparalleled in every way, tailor-made to be supremely comfortable and designed for sumptuous sleep.
