Don’t guess. Measure. 📏

Here’s three rules for a bed that looks hotel-perfect:

🤍 Size the duvet up one size from your mattress (a Queen duvet on a Double, or a King duvet on a Queen)
🤍 Keep the cover within 5 cm (2 inches) of the insert’s size. Too big gives crinkled, empty corners, and too small makes the insert bunch up
🤍 Allow 20 to 40 cm of overhang at the sides and foot, so the bed base stays hidden

Color drenching: yes or no? 🎨

It means painting your walls, trim, skirting boards, doors and sometimes even the ceiling in the same color. There are no contrasting whites and no visible edges, just one wrapped, cocooning shade!
