可可果為朱古力原材料,果實內種子經過發酵工序,成為朱古力製作者能夠大展所長嘅材料,令可可豆風味發揮到極致。然而,新鮮可可果及其果肉並不常見,如果你屬於少數嘗試過可可果肉或者可可果汁嘅朋友,就知道新鮮可可果其實風味十分突出,帶有山竹、荔枝、山楂等豐富果香及酸甜風味。是次限量產品,就採用來自厄瓜多爾可可果肉及果汁,經過凍乾技術處理後,再加入適量原蔗糖以及可可脂,以簡單食譜出發,重塑可可果於味覺上嘅原有風貌。原材料緊張,限量發售,售完即止。

If you are among the few who have tried cacao pulp or cacao juice, you would know that fresh cocoa fruit actually boasts a very prominent flavor, featuring rich fruity aromas reminiscent of mangosteen, lychee, hawthorn, and more.This limited-edition product utilizes cacao pulp and juice sourced from Ecuador. After processing through freeze-drying technology, an appropriate amount of raw cane sugar and cocoa butter is added. Starting from a simple recipe, it recreates the original sensory profile of cacao fruit on the palate. The first batch is available for limited same-day sale, while stocks last.
