Best - Seller na Kangkong Recipe

Ingredients:
1. Blanch:
8 cups - water
2 tsp - salt
1tsp - cooking oil
500 grams - water spinach
2. Saute:
3 tbsp - cooking oil
1 tbsp - ginger
2 tbsp - garlic
1 tsp - shrimp paste (or hibi - dried small shrimps)
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
1 tsp - sugar
1 tsp - chicken powder
*Thickening Sauce:
(1/4 cup water + 1 tsp cornstarch)

Cooking Time: approximately 15 minutes
Serving: 2 people

Easy Dumplings - Crispy & Moist

Ingredients:
*Dumplings Marinade:
300 grams minced pork
200 grams - shrimps
1/3 tsp - salt
1 tsp - sugar
1 tsp - pepper powder
1 tsp - chicken powder
1/4 tsp - baking soda
1 tsp - cooking wine
1 tbsp - cooking oil
1 tsp - sesame oil
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
2 tbsp - cornstarch
2 tbsp - water
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
1/3 cup - spring onion
30 pcs - dumpling wrapper

*Steam - Frying: add 3tbsp water + 1 tsp oil per batch
(per batch about 10 dumplings)

Cooking Time: approximately 15 minutes per batch
Serving: 4+ people

Sear/ Saute/ Simmer
2 tbsp - cooking oil
2 tbsp - garlic
400 grams - minced pork
1/2 cup - onion
1 heaped tbsp - tomato paste
1 cup - tomatoes
2 tbsp - fish sauce
2 cups - water
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
1 tsp - pepper powder
800 grams - soft Tofu
*Thickening Sauce: 1/4 cup water + 1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp - sugar
*garnish with spicy chilis + 1 stalk spring onion

Cooking Time: approximately 35 minutes
Serving: 3+ people

600 grams - salmon head (soaked in water + 1/4 cup vinegar + 2 tbsp salt)
1 tsp - ground pepper
1 tsp - cooking wine
1 tbsp - cornstarch

2. Fry
1 cup - cooking oil
*seasoned salmon head

3. Saute
2 tbsp - used oil
6 cloves - garlic
1 cup - bell pepper
1 cup - onion

4. Steak Sauce
2 tbsp - cooking oil
5 pcs - spicy chilis
Steak Sauce Mixture (1 cup water + 1 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp oyster sauce + 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp liquid seasoning + 1 tbsp lemon juice + 1 tbsp dark soy sauce)
*sauteed veggies

Ingredients:
1) Garlic - Achuete/ Annatto Oil
1 cup - cooking oil
1cup - garlic
1/4 cup - achuete/ annatto seeds
500 grams - cornstarch noodle or rice vermicelli (cook as per package instruction)

2) Shrimp - Tinapa Stock:
4 cups - water
1 tsp - cooking oil
1 tsp - salt
3 pcs - Tinapa heads (smoked fish)

3) Tinapa Flakes
2/3 cup - shredded tinapa
1 tsp - garlic - achuete oil

4) Pancit Palabok Sauce:
Garlic - Achuete oil, save half
1 cup - onion
350 grams - ground pork
1 tsp - ground pepper
1/4 cup - fish sauce
*Shrimp - Tinapa Stock
2 cups - coconut milk
1 cup - full cream evaporated milk
1 - shrimp cube
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
*Thickening Sauce:1/4 cup all purpose flour + 1/4 cup cornstarch + 1 cup water + 10 grams achuete powder

5) Toppings:
*remaining Garlic - Achuete Oil
1/2 cup - chicharon flakes
*Fried garlic
*Tinapa flakes
*Palabok Sauce
*Shrimps
3 stalks - spring onion
3 pcs - hard boiled eggs

Season with Calamansi juice + Fish Sauce

Cooking Time: approximately 1 hour & 20 minutes
