JVC celebrating the 25th anniversary of the development of its proprietary D-ILA device, will release the latest firmware for a total of four models: the DLA-NZ9, DLA-NZ8, and DLA-NZ7 D-ILA projectors supporting 8K video display, and the DLA-NP5 4K D-ILA projector, starting mid-November.

The latest firmware update includes a new "FILMMAKER MODE™" that faithfully reproduces the filmmaker's intentions. In addition, a new mode for dynamic control using a laser light source has been added, and an adjustable picture quality mode based on the popular "Frame Adapt HDR" picture quality mode for HDR10 has been added to enhance the customer's video experience and ease of use.
In addition, since Aug. 2022, D-ILA projectors has been manufactured at our factory in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. This is the birthplace of D-ILA, and is also where our D-ILA devices are produced.
