平時在香港很少見，於情人節時更為罕有的 David Austin Tess Rose。花瓣如絲絨般層層雙疊，中間綻放出金黃色的花蕊。 Gingermite 為 MiuMiu 所舉辦的 Flower station，以 繡上 MiuMiu LOGO 的花袋，簡單純粹的包起這款奢華的玫瑰品種，已經極具美態。

《Mambo Italiano》

為 Gucci 的晚宴抵造了一片充滿輕盈節拍的綠洲，用上了翠珠、藍盆花、黑種草、松蟲草、文竹、蕨類植物⋯去營造出充滿詩意的景緻。加上歌手充滿力量的蔓妙歌聲，為賓客帶來一個奢華又難忘的晚上。

For Gucci’s evening dinner, we composed an oasis alive with a light, rhythmic breath — where green moves like a soft melody through space.

Pearled foliage, scabiosa, nigella, astrantia, asparagus fern, and layered ferns intertwine to shape a landscape steeped in quiet poetry.

《A Garden Between Breaths》

繡球蔥如同懸浮的星辰，牡丹舒展層疊花瓣，宛若柔軟的絲綢。它們共同勾勒出一座不以泥土為界的花園，在光影與映照之間，Miu Miu 的優雅於此駐足。

The allium, like stars suspended in the sky; the peony, unfolding its layered petals like tender silk. Together, they sketch a garden unbound by earth, where in the play of light and reflection, the elegance of Miu Miu comes to rest.

《Timeless Radiance》

與 Audemars Piguet 及 Baccarat 攜手，我們將 AP House Henderson 打造成夢幻花園，讓水晶與花卉交織的場景。Baccarat 水晶的璀璨光芒，映照著花卉的綻放，呼應品牌對細節的極致追求。

除了探索時間與工藝的邊界，在這場花藝工作坊中，來賓們透過雙手創造屬於自己的 “Flower moment” ，將稍縱即逝的美，安放於永恆晶瑩的花瓶之中，映射出製錶、花藝與生活美學之間的和諧共鳴。

讓這個午後時光化為花朵、水晶與時間的詩篇。

Together with Audemars Piguet and Baccarat, we transformed AP House Henderson into a dreamscape where crystal met flowers. Every corner was adorned with Baccarat’s timeless brilliance, reflecting the blooms we arranged during our floral workshop.

In the spirit of pursuit of time and artistry, guests were invited to create their own floral arrangements — ephemeral moments of beauty captured in crystal, echoing the harmony between horology, craftsmanship, and nature.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in this afternoon of creation and conversation — where flowers, crystal, and the poetry of time intertwined.

《DEMO》

DEMO 的 Métier 25/26 是一個彰顯工藝、同時擁抱性別中性的系列。為此，GINGERMITE 創作的花藝拱門不僅僅是營造氣勢，更開啟了一個幻想般的夢幻空間。

蘆筍葉如同布料的流動般舒展；大麗花與彼岸花燃燒著赤紅。拱門中縫入閃亮布料與紅色柔麗絲，在燈光下閃爍如鑽石，呼應 DEMO 設計的華麗細節。拱門高聳而富有戲劇性，宛如舞台的幕簾，為系列鋪陳氣場，放大張力，締造盛大的登場。

感謝 的邀請，讓讓我們的花藝作品綻放於時尚舞台上。

For DEMO’s Métier 25/26 — a collection celebrating craftsmanship and gender-neutrality — we created a floral arch that rose with presence and opened into a dreamscape.

Asparagus fern stretched like fabric in motion; dahlias and spider lilies flared in crimson. Sparkling fabric and threads of red Lurex shimmered under the runway lights like diamonds, echoing DEMO’s trimmings. The arch not only set the atmosphere — it summoned a sense of grandeur and built a fantastical space where floristry and fashion could meet.
