JATO又一新作即將面世 -常州 常青里

常青里是常州首個創新型POD（公園一體化商業設施）綜合體，JATO以設計為舟，穿梭龍城的橋與河流，打造“公園裡的商業，商業里的公園”。建築佈局上以拱為型，以龍脊線條融入主軸景觀，用現代的設計語言，描繪出龍城的歲月痕跡。

JATO DESIGN is proud to announce that, following our successful bid for the Shantou Luxshare Global Electronics Information Industry Center's MLP and Architectural Design in 2022, we have now secured the interior design segment for the Chery South China Operation Center project, also located within the Shantou Luxshare Global Electronics Information Industry Center. This achievement not only highlights the professional expertise of the JATO DESIGN team but also reflects the client’s recognition of our overall capabilities.

The project is situated in the Donghai Coast area of Shantou, spanning approximately 272 acres. Upon completion, it will be transformed into a multi-functional industrial park that integrates research and development, manufacturing, services, and trade.

JATO的公園式商業實踐 新世代消費者對健康、綠色的生活方式愈加青睞，也對開放式的室外空間的渴求愈發明顯。作為用靈感構築體驗的境外設計公司，JATO DESIGN對「公園+」商業模式更有自己的理解。挖掘每個項目獨有的地理特徵，與自然環境友好結合，協助業主將客流轉化為「客留」。

常青里是常州首個創新型POD（公園一體化商業設施）綜合體，總佔地118.5畝，規劃建設25棟單體建築，總建築面積12.2萬㎡。

JATO以設計為舟，穿梭龍城的橋與河流，建築佈置上以拱為型，以龍脊線條融入主軸景觀，打造「公園裡的商業，商業裡的公園」。用現代的設計語言，描繪出龍城的歲月痕跡。

項目現已對公眾開放，預計第四季將正式開業，之後我們也將對項目做進一步設計分析

LUXSHARE office park by JATO DESIGN
is happening in Shantau

After nearly 3 years of design amd it is finally under construction! The project houses over 20,000 of the car museum and exhibition all, and 300,000 sqm of retail, 180,000 sqm of the office tower, and 5 stars of the hotel! Phase 1 is expected to complete by the end of 2024. Please stay tuned for more! Big congrats to JATO TEAM!!

JATO 建築設計-汕頭「立訊之環」產業園區

經過近3年JATO的精心設計,這個大型綜合體項目終於正式開工建設了!這個項目匯集了多種業態,包括擁有20,000平方米的汽車博物館與展覽館、300,000平方米的商業零售空間、180,000平方米的辦公大樓以及一座5星級酒店。第一期工程預計將於2024年底竣工。

"Taking the as the form and as the vein" - this has been the guiding design vision for the planning project from the very beginning.

This poetic conceptual framework has shaped the overall development of the Changqingli neighborhood from the initial stages of planning and design.

This holistic, culturally-grounded approach has been central to guiding the planning, architecture, and landscape decisions for the Changqingli project from the very start, shaping its aesthetic, functionality, and underlying meanings.
