【南區豪宅設計案例】當家不只有一種使用方式，生活便能容納更多可能。我們為這個南區家庭構想一個能隨日常節奏自然切換的居所。屋主可以在雲石吧台旁準備餐點、與朋友小聚；孩子則可走上半開放閣樓，在屬於自己的角落閱讀、觀影或玩樂。透明玻璃圍欄讓兩個樓層保持連繫，同時為彼此保留自在的距離。

深木色、黑白雲石與暖光，為空間帶來內斂而有溫度的質感；由玄關的拱門到室內的弧線細節，設計語言在不同區域延續，讓開闊的比例更顯柔和。所謂現代奢華，是讓每個家庭成員都能在同一屋簷下，找到相聚與獨處的理想方式。

This Southern District home is made for family life in all its rhythms. The marble bar brings people together, while a semi-open mezzanine offers children a space to read, watch films and play—connected to the living area, yet quietly its own.

Sculptural arches set the tone, echoed by softer curves throughout. Dark timber, graphic marble and warm lighting lend the interiors a calm, assured presence, balancing generous proportions with an unmistakable sense of home.

【比華利山1,400呎單位｜深邃質感設計】屋主夫婦希望新居帶有氣氛與重量，一個深夜把酒會覺得特別有味道的地方。我們將巧思放在燈光上，以嵌入式路軌燈、懸浮傢俬下的隱藏燈帶與暖光層次，配合炭灰、煙燻木與深紋雲石，營造沉穩而富有深度的生活空間。

For this Beverly Hill 1,400 sq. ft. abode, the couple envisioned a home where a late-night drink feels more considered. We layered lighting — from recessed tracks to concealed strips — with charcoal tones, smoked oak and dark‑veined marble to create a calm, deeply textured space.

【南區｜獨立屋】柔和的拱形元素貫穿空間，引導光線與動線流動。溫潤木調與淺色基底交織，配合優雅拱形窗，猶如一扇「月洞門」，為空間灌注暖意與靜謐。家居還特設茶空間，為屋主與提供自己靜心相處的角落。

In this South District house, graceful arched forms guide light through a calm interior of warm timber and soft neutrals. A moon gate–inspired opening and a discreet tea lounge offer a quiet pause from daily life.

【Case Study｜中半山千呎家居，古今交融的紳士品味】

好的設計，必須從屋主的生活方式出發。這套中半山單位，屋主家人一直是古董收藏家，我們在新居便特別保留了多件陪伴他成長的珍藏——百年樹頭、瓷畫、水晶燈，每一件都承載著故事，亦自然地融入空間之中。

整體以白色牆身配上深木線條，於簡約之中營造層次，不需過多裝飾，已能烘托出古董本身的質感。書房則呈現截然不同的氛圍，是屋主平日招呼朋友、享受雪茄、音樂與美酒的空間，更見私密與從容。

在空間佈局上，我們花了不少心思，讓各個區域都發揮其應有功能。例如書房採用大面積趟門設計，打開時可與公共空間連結，提升空間的靈活性，同時避免出現低使用率的角落。透過擺設與細節配置，讓新與舊之間取得恰到好處的平衡。

Good design starts with how one lives. In this Mid-Levels home, we kept the owner’s treasured antiques — from a century-old tree root to porcelain pieces and a crystal chandelier — allowing them to sit naturally within a contemporary setting.

A light palette with dark timber detailing creates quiet depth, letting each piece stand out without overstatement. The study takes on a different mood — a more intimate corner for hosting friends and enjoying ci**rs, music and wine.

Careful planning ensures every space is fully used. Large sliding doors allow the study to open up to the living area when needed, adding flexibility while avoiding wasted corners. The result is a home where old and new sit in easy balance.

【中半山品味男士家居】在這套中半山豪宅，我們將陪伴屋主成長的多件古董融入現代設計。淺色基調配合深木線條，襯托百年樹頭、瓷畫與水晶吊燈等珍藏，呈現中西交融、新舊並置的層次空間。

We shaped this Mid-Levels residence around a curated collection of antiques, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Light, neutral tones are paired with rich timber detailing, allowing statement pieces — from a century-old root sculpture to porcelain art and a crystal chandelier — to stand out. The result is a layered interior where heritage and modern living coexist with quiet confidence.

【靜謐歐陸氣質，優雅拉長空間比例】跑馬地紀雲峰這個單位本身條件優越，我們以內斂的歐陸語彙鋪陳全屋，由玄關一路延伸至細緻法式花線，層次自然展開。

屋主鍾情歐式格調，所以從玄關起，我們便選用英式八角磚鋪砌地面，客飯廳則以法式人字拼木地板銜接牆身與天花線條，豐富立面細節。

睡房加入局部深色牆身，夾在淡色頂部牆板與腰線之間，透過明暗對比把視線往上帶，營造被拉高、比例更修長的空間感。浴室的牆身則將深色集中於下半部，讓空間重心穩定落地。深色基座同時能弱化日常水漬與碰撞痕跡，在維持優雅質感之餘，也兼顧實用與耐用度。

With generous bones to start with, this apartment at The Altitude in Happy Valley is dressed in a quiet European language, from the foyer through to refined French-style mouldings.

English octagon-and-dot tiles anchor the entrance, before giving way to French herringbone timber that echoes wall panelling and ceiling lines and adds depth to the shell.

In the bedroom, a deeper wall tone sits between the upper wall panelling and the dado, pulling the eye upwards for a taller, slimmer read of the space, while the bathroom reverses the balance with a dark base that grounds the room and neatly absorbs everyday splashes and scuffs.

【西半山項目｜香港花園】項目為一對回流香港的年輕夫婦而設，我們希望空間不只夠大，更要住得舒服、貼近他們的日常節奏。

單位已有接近50年樓齡，漏水同天花多條T字橫樑都是現實問題。

我們透過假天花配合弧線燈槽去修飾結構，令感覺更流暢柔和。設計上特別加入弧線元素及天然雲石，由梳化到櫃體細節，都想帶出一種柔和而有質感的感覺。

飯廳加入深銅色迷你吧，平時招待朋友或日常使用都更方便；書房改成L形，結合衣帽間同工作空間，實用之餘亦更靈活。主睡房延續弧線及藝術牆面設計，整體感覺比較寧靜、放鬆。

全屋以大地色做主調，再配合藝術漆增加層次同溫度，希望營造一個自然、舒服，又可以慢慢生活的空間。

Located in Hong Kong Garden, this home was designed for a young couple returning to Hong Kong, with a focus on comfort and everyday living.

Given the flat’s nearly 50-year age, issues such as leakage and exposed ceiling beams were resolved with a suspended ceiling and soft curved lighting, creating a more fluid and refined space. Curved details and natural marble are used throughout to achieve a calm, cohesive aesthetic.

A deep bronze mini bar enhances the dining area for both daily use and entertaining, while the bedrooms feature gentle curves and artistic walls for a restful atmosphere. Earthy tones paired with textured finishes add warmth and depth, shaping a natural, inviting home.

【跑馬地項目｜紀雲峰】單位先天條件優越，我們由細節出發，從歐陸式玄關到適量法式花線，慢慢堆疊空間層次。

一幅深色feature wall劃清飯廳界線，而恰到好處的腰線高度，則把空間的視覺比例拉長。

在兒童房部分，屋主不想風格與主空間相差太遠，我們改用真繩索搭建玩樂角落，避開卡通玩具的繽紛感，只保留玩味，以及看得見的質感。

With great bones to begin with, this apartment at The Altitude in Happy Valley was shaped around the homeowner’s wish for a touch of classic charm.

We layered in detail from a European-style entrance to restrained French mouldings. A dark feature wall defines the dining area, while a crisp dado line visually lifts the space. In the kids’ room, real rope forms a playful corner, avoiding cartoonish toys and keeping things fun yet textural.
