從古洞南轉進來，Cadenza 華第像一首減法寫成的詩。柔和純白基調與落地長窗，將時尚格調與自然舒適融為一體，締造鬆弛從容的輕奢墅居。

推門而進，動靜分區順著光線漫開。首層整合客餐廳、中廚與茶室，承載家宴、會客等各類社交；上層規劃多間獨立套房與家庭休閒廳，從容適應多代同堂的生活需要；主臥套間則設雙衣帽間與大理石衛浴，營造舒適休憩氛圍；地下層規劃為專屬私享空間，雪茄室、娛樂廳、兒童活動區各自分區，讓獨處、宴客與親子活動互不打擾。

從室內走到花園泳池邊，才發覺奢華不必張揚，室內外本就是同一種呼吸。

Cadenza, a European-inspired manor residence in Kwu Tung South, Hong Kong, reads like a poem—quiet, refined and effortlessly elegant. A soft-white palette and full-height windows bring contemporary sophistication into dialogue with natural comfort, creating a serene, composed expression of quiet luxury.

Inside, the layout unfolds with light. The ground floor brings together the living and dining areas, a Chinese kitchen and a tea room, accommodating family gatherings and social occasions. The first floor comprises private en-suite bedrooms and a family lounge, supporting the rhythms of multi-generational living. The master suite features dual walk-in wardrobes and a marble bathroom, offering a restful private retreat. The basement is conceived as a dedicated leisure zone, with a cigar lounge, entertainment room and children’s play area, allowing moments of solitude, entertaining and family time to coexist without interruption.

Stepping out to the garden and pool, one thing becomes clear: luxury need not be loud. Indoors and outdoors breathe as one.

香港古洞南歐式莊園大宅華第，以簡約典雅的當代語重塑別墅生活。設計褪去繁複裝飾，回歸空間、自然與日常居住本質。

全屋鋪柔和暖白為基調，整片落地玻璃窗將庭院綠意悠然引入室內。柔軟布藝、質感家具與自然植栽，為空間注入溫度，亦柔化建築的俐落線條。

戶外專屬花園設有泳池與露天餐飲區，讓室內生活自然延伸至戶外；景致、光影與日常起居在此無縫交融。

Cadenza 以克制而細膩的當代設計，勾勒一種鬆弛有度、溫潤從容的雅致日常。

Cadenza, a European-inspired manor residence in Kwu Tung South, Hong Kong, reimagines villa living through a language of restrained elegance. Stripping away ornate detailing, the design returns to the essentials of space, nature and everyday living.

A warm, soft-white palette sets the tone, while full-height windows draw the courtyard’s lush greenery indoors. Plush fabrics, tactile furnishings and lush planting soften the architecture. The private garden features a swimming pool and an al-fresco dining area, allowing indoor living to flow seamlessly outdoors.

Through a refined contemporary design language, Cadenza shapes an elegant way of living—relaxed, composed and quietly warm.

作為餐廳的隱秘延伸，全新Amber W**e Cellar沉浸式酒窖專注呈現佳釀的風土、工藝與年份魅力。空間跳出石材與金屬酒架的傳統設計範式，以溫潤高雅的胡桃木為主材；中央設有可開合的訂製餐桌，營造宛如豪華私宅地下酒窖般的私享品鑒時光。

The newly unveiled Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong retains its understated, private character while embracing a more vibrant, open atmosphere. At Amber, organic curves and natural material textures create a serene, refined setting in the heart of Central.

Conceived as the restaurant’s hidden extension, the newly opened Amber W**e Cellar celebrates the terroir, craftsmanship, and vintage character of exceptional w**es. Departing from the conventional use of stone and metal w**e racking, warm walnut takes centre stage. At its heart, a bespoke extendable dining table invites guests to savour intimate tasting moments, evoking the private character of an underground cellar in a grand residence.

Blanc de Noirs 香檳雞尾酒酒吧坐落於香港置地文華東方酒店七樓，臻藏600款香檳與特調，包括稀有年份酒款，爲酒店拉開精緻餐飲旅程的序幕。

黑白撞色美學演繹隽永法式風情；深邃啞黑之中，鎏金氣泡點綴微醺氛圍，讓賓客暫離都市繁囂，沉浸於悠然宴飲時光。

銀杏印記散落其間：鋼琴黑玻璃畫框隱現紋樣，大理石地面鐫刻葉脈，鏡面光影交織，延展空間層次。在純粹利落的黑白場域中，開啓雅致的香檳品鑒之旅。

「Blanc de Noirs是一處僅設三十席位的香檳雞尾酒秘境。席位限定造就獨有的私密氛圍。黑白是法式簡約的經典語言：我們以深色基底、低照度燈光與鎏金氣泡構築動態層次，讓賓客從酒窖步入此處時，情緒隨場景緩緩過渡。」

Blanc de Noirs, the ch*****ne cocktail bar on the 7th floor of Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong, offers a collection of 600 ch*****nes and cocktails, including rare vintages, as an elegant prelude to the hotel’s gastronomic journey.

A monochrome palette expresses timeless French elegance. Against a deep black backdrop, gilded bubble motifs bring a subtle sense of movement, inviting guests to unwind into unhurried conviviality.

Ginkgo motifs appear in piano-black glass frames, etched marble and mirrored surfaces, creating an interplay of light, shadow and spatial depth for a refined ch*****ne-tasting experience.

“Blanc de Noirs is an intimate 30-seat ch*****ne and cocktail sanctuary, where limited seating creates a distinct sense of privacy. Black and white express the classic language of French minimalism.
