個案分享：
案主三十歲，她覺得自己冇安全感，常常覺得自己成日做錯嘢。我替她做催眠治療，尋找問題根源，在催眠狀態裏，體會到她媽媽在她兒時很多批評、否定甚至羞辱，體罰，以讓她長大後常常在「警惕自己」，避免自己犯錯，完全活在她媽媽的陰影下。
經過幾次的治療後，她注意到自己睇事情角度唔同左，平和左，放輕左。治療效果不是在於治療方式，而是自己想唔想改變。治療效果只在於自己想唔想越來越好，想唔想愛自己......

一般催眠治療分四個過程
1. 基本溝通，評估及確立治療目標
2. 淺層催眠狀態 (大部分治療都可以在這開始）
3. 加深催眠狀態 (有助於深層治療）
4. 治療結束及跟進

催眠就好似食藥一樣，有時候一次就好，有時候可能需要二三十次先可以有小小進展，但無論過程長定短，而我都會抱著堅定的信念陪伴著你。
