This vintage Alfred Dunhill Aquarium table lighter, made in England circa 1950s, is one of the brand’s most distinctive mid-century designs.
The transparent body is decorated with hand-carved and reverse-painted aquatic scenes, creating a remarkable sense of depth as the lighter turns. Each original Aquarium lighter was individually decorated, making every example slightly different.
A functional object transformed into a small piece of decorative art.
