這是我們在2021年完成的項目之一。當我地第一次參觀這個單位時，被那裡的景色深深吸引，客廳的景觀包括山景及海景，令人嘆為觀止。

這個項目的主要設計理念體現了瑞典詞語「lagom」的含義，即「恰到好處」或「適中」。我們旨在避免過度裝飾空間，而是選擇了以白色和淺木色為主的簡約風格。

沙發後的牆紙也是白色的，帶有微妙的紋理。當陽光照射在牆上時，整個空間會明亮起來。我們掛了一幅與海洋相呼應的畫作，巧妙地為牆壁增添了一抹藍色。工作桌靠近客廳的窗戶，俯瞰著迷人的景色。

Our client Terry is passionate in collecting antique toys/ figures, whereas Jenny enjoys a clean and minimalistic space. It was a challenge to maintain the balance between their needs.

Hence, we decided to place the display shelves behind the sofa and at the corridor. This placement ensures that Jenny can relax on the sofa without constantly looking at the toys/ figures collections.

我們的客戶Terry熱衷於收集古董玩具/模型，而Jenny喜歡整潔和極簡主義的空間。在滿足他們的需求之間保持平衡是一個挑戰。

因此，我們決定將展示架放置在沙發後面和走廊上。這樣的安排確保了Jenny可以在梳化上盡情放鬆，不用經常看到模型玩具。

This is one of our earliest projects which was completed in 2019. Our clients, Jenny and Terry, are a young couple who enjoy hosting friends and family at their home. Thus, in terms of spatial planning, we created a second row of “seats” （underfloor storage) behind the sofa for visitors. Such planning also created because of the very long living space.

Underneath the “seats”, there is storage for our clients to store items they do not frequently use. Underfloor storage is prevalent in Hong Kong apartments owing to the scarcity of vertical storage space. Nevertheless, it's imperative to employ underfloor storage strategically to alleviate any sense of spatial constriction.

這是我們較早期的一個項目，於2019年完成。我們的客戶Jenny和Terry是一對年輕夫婦，喜歡在家裡招待朋友和家人。因此，在空間規劃方面，我們在梳化後方創建了第二排“座位” （地台）給訪客，這樣的規劃也是基於客廳較深，增加了地台能夠更加善用空間。

在“座位”下方，我們為客戶提供了儲物空間，供他們存放不常使用的物品。由於香港公寓垂直儲存空間稀缺，地板下的儲物空間很普遍。然而，策略性地利用地板下的儲物空間是非常重要的，以緩解對空間的壓迫感。

We typically incorporate monotones and timber in our projects; however, we also enjoy experimenting with colors! Adding just one accent color can transform a space, making it more lively and engaging. Yet, with so many colors in the world, it can be challenging to settle on just one!

在我們的項目中，我們總是使用單色調和木材，但有時我們也喜歡嘗試不同的顏色！添加一個重點色調就能為空間帶來更活潑和有趣的感覺。然而，世界上有那麼多種顏色，往往很難只選擇一種 !

The open-plan kitchen is strategically designed with a U-shaped layout, aiming to maximize the usage of the kitchen benchtop area while also opening up circulation and creating a seamless connection with adjacent living spaces. This layout not only optimizes functionality but also contributes to the overall spacious and airy feel of the home.

The architectural design for this terraced house embodies a sophisticated aesthetic that aligns with the client's preference for clean, modern design. The color palette predominantly features white tones complemented by accents of light timber, creating a visually harmonious and contemporary atmosphere throughout the residence.

Given the long and narrow layout of the terraced house, the design focuses on innovative solutions to maximize space utilization and functionality. In the master bedroom, a curved ceiling design is implemented to soften the bedroom lighting, enhancing comfort and visual appeal while maintaining the overall sleekness of the design.

This modern minimalist design has clean lines, smooth surfaces, and contemporary wooden furniture. It uses earthy colors like beige, grey, and brown, and includes green plants to freshen the space and add a calming, sophisticated touch.

The study is thoughtfully outfitted with a glass window, intended to interact with the adjoining living room. This design not only improves connectivity between the two spaces but also floods the area with natural light, creating a bright and inviting ambiance conducive to both relaxation and productivity. In terms of visuality, such transparency enhances the depth of living room.

這個書房係設計上考妙地配備了一扇大玻璃窗，旨在與毗鄰的客廳進行互動。這種設計不僅增強了兩個空間之間的連接性，還讓自然光充滿了該區域，創造了一個明亮而又宜人的氛圍，有利於放鬆和提高工作效率。視覺上，這份通透感，更有助增加客廳深度。

The master bedroom merges with the adjacent wardrobe and study, guiding the flow of the space towards the window. Using only a wardrobe to separate the master bedroom and study area in order to minimise wall space. Switching the traditional corridor from middle of the flat to adjacent to the windows. Here, an abundance of natural light floods the area, becoming a featured walkway featuring a delightful window seat that adds both charm and functionality to the space.

設計上用大書櫃，將主人房與書房隔開，盡量減少牆身的佔用空間。將傳統嘅走廊位置。改到窗邊，豐富嘅自然光可以照射進來，成為特色走廊，每次從書房入主人房都可以欣賞到風景。窗邊亦都加咗窗邊座位，為空間增添功能性。

Now configured as an open kitchen, it evolves into a showcase space, transcending its original functional role. The seamless flow of light from the living room naturally spills into the kitchen, gracefully expanding the boundaries of the space.

設計的亮點是廚房的改造，廚房原本空間狹小且與用餐區分開。現在被改成開放式廚房，成為一個展示空間，超越了原本的功能角色。從而令到客廳中流動的光線無縫地進入廚房，進一步擴展及模糊了空間的界限
