”Every second of evolution is a unique eternity.“

”Will copper change color over time?“
Look at the contrast between these two Elder Bangles.

”Every second of evolution is a unique eternity.“

When freshly crafted (p.2), we apply a deep Black Patina. But metal is alive. Through daily wear and natural friction, this dark layer slowly fades.
The p.3 is mine, worn for three full years. The black patina has faded, revealing the underlying copper. Naturally oxidized and nourished by the wearer‘s oils, it has transformed into a luminous, premium bronze.
No two COXPER bangles evolve the same way. How you live and wear it dictates how it looks. Every faded mark and trace of bronze luster is an exclusive record of your time.
Fresh Black Patina or the 3-year luminous bronze—which do you prefer? Let us know below!

A sneak peek of our latest custom signboard project! 🔥
We’ve been busy crafting this piece for a client, and we took the opportunity to experiment with a brand-new Patina method for the copper base. After lots of trials and adjustments, we finally achieved this deep, mottled, dark reddish-black texture.
Honestly, we are absolutely thrilled with how this new patina turned out! Paired with the highly polished brass characters, the contrast between the raw, aged background and the shiny gold text gives off such a rich and premium vibe.
Just sharing a quick close-up for now—full reveal coming soon! 📸

Beyond our usual art installations, COXPER is always open to exploring different commercial projects.
Whether it’s a bespoke storefront signboard, a copper feature wall, or custom metal logos for restaurants, boutiques, and hotels, we’d love to help bring your brand’s identity to life with the unique, time-worn beauty of copper craftsmanship.
If you have an upcoming interior or branding project that could use a touch of custom metal art, feel free to DM us!

———
I recently took on a commission that felt like a quiet dialogue between ”untying knots“ and ”transformation.“

When I first met Dr. Black, she was dressed entirely in black—a visual reflection of the heavy, silent weight she carries as a clinical psychologist. It is a profound, noble profession, requiring her to absorb and carry the pain of others, day after day.

Initially, she wanted to join our workshop to create a clover windmill brooch as a gift for someone she respects. She was meticulous about the colors, exploring both blue and green Patina finishes. In the end, she chose a more understated version, stripping away the branch-like accents. That ”leftover“ branch naturally became the starting point for a piece dedicated solely to her.

Because she deals with the complex spectrum of human emotion daily, and given her love for black-and-white photography, I was reminded of the vast darkness of the universe. Darkness isn‘t necessarily negative; perhaps it exists only to define the light. It is because she has witnessed the deepest shadows that the colors of life become so vivid.

I decided to use ”Cupronickel“ (White Copper)—a material I’ve kept for a long time, waiting for the right soul. Its cool, subtle silver luster is the perfect companion to her black attire. Using 13 (her lucky number) blossoms of varying sizes, I transformed that original branch into a bouquet of eternal cherry blossoms.

What began as a blessing for another eventually became a moment of gentleness for herself. May these blossoms quietly guard her heart as she continues her journey of healing others.

Aaron

Blooming Swan

Regent Hong Kong
Andy

Blossoming Riverbank

Inspired by the passage of seasons —
after autumn, spring quietly arrives.

A bronze cherry tree stands by the riverbank.
A single fallen leaf touches the water,
sending gentle ripples across the surface.

Through light and shadow,
the work extends onto the wall,
becoming a subtle yet central presence in the space.

Hundreds of blossoms,
from bud to full bloom,
each element entirely handcrafted.

When was the last time you paused?

In the lobby of The Regent Hong Kong, a pool of stillness awaits.

Most visitors notice the lotus first.
But the true protagonist was never the flower—
it is the ripples spreading gently across the water.

As the first raindrops descend, ripples emerge—dense at first, then slowly dissolving into calm.

When creating “Drizzle”, we held a quiet intention:
that travellers might walk around the piece,
follow the rhythm of the ripples,
and allow their weary minds
a moment to anchor.

(Jìng) — to cleanse.
泊 (Bó) — to moor, to find harbour.

This is not a work that demands contemplation.
It is an invitation—
amidst the rush,
to grant yourself a moment of stillness.
